I am originally from Poland, and I offer services in English and Polish. As an immigrant, I deeply understand the unique challenges that come with navigating different cultures and adjusting to new environments.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you’ve taken the first step—and that’s something to be proud of. I'm here to create a space where you or your loved one can feel heard, supported, and truly understood.
My background includes both mental health and medical training. I work with people of all ages dealing with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and family challenges. My approach is flexible and collaborative—I focus on what works for you.
Therapy, at its core, is about connection. Real change happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported. That’s what I aim to create in our work together.
I’m also someone who finds a lot of peace and perspective in nature. Whether it’s hiking in the mountains, snowboarding, or golfing on a quiet afternoon, the outdoors helps me stay grounded—and I bring that same mindset into my sessions. I believe slowing down, paying attention, and reconnecting with our values and what matters most can be powerful parts of the healing process.
If you're navigating something tough or just looking for a place to talk things through, I’d be glad to meet you. Feel free to reach out when you're ready.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with immigrant and refugee populations through the OHSU Intercultural Psychiatric Program. I’ve also supported children, youth, and families at the Marion County Clinic, and provided outreach through women’s domestic abuse shelters, CASA, and medical clinics.
These experiences have shaped my understanding of the challenges individuals face and deepened my commitment to offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care. I offer a unique blend of expertise in both psychology and medicine. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and my Master of Science in Counseling from Western Oregon University. My background also includes training in the medical field, which enhances my holistic approach to therapy.
In my practice, I combine multiple therapy theories, mindfulness techniques, tailoring my work to the unique needs and goals of each individual. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, or other life challenges, I’m here to help you navigate your path to healing in a safe, empathetic space.
We specialize in maternal mental health and paternal mental health.
