My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Family Systems Theory. I understand that each person is unique, and therapy has no one-size-fits-all solution. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals. My primary goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behavioral patterns, and acquire tools to manage their emotions and enhance their relationships.
Having experienced a lack of a safe space to express myself, I strive to be the person I wish I had. After completing a Master’s degree in Social Work integrated with faith from California Baptist University, I have gained the tools and knowledge to encourage, support, and empower others. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love watching the newest movies, going to the beach, and hosting family game nights.
