President & Program Director

Nahomie Moise Guillaume is the President and Program Director of Guillaume Counseling, where she oversees clinical operations, program development, staff training, organizational growth, and quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, Nahomie's work is centered around creating compassionate, culturally responsive, and relationship-focused mental health services that support individuals, couples, families, parents, and diverse communities. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (License #48571), Oregon (License #T1492), and Texas (License #202775) and has been licensed since 2010. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communication Arts.

Nahomie's leadership and clinical philosophy are deeply influenced by both professional training and life experience. Her work integrates faith, science, wisdom, cultural understanding, and relationship-centered care while recognizing the importance of emotional, relational, spiritual, and community support systems.

Nahomie was born and raised in Haiti until the age of 12 and brings a deeply multicultural perspective to her work and leadership. She values diversity within both clinical care and organizational development and is passionate about building a team of professionals from different backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and belief systems to help ensure clients feel respected, supported, and understood.

Nahomie is a Christian. For her, Christianity is who she is and who she is becoming. It is foundational to her purpose, values, and the work she strives to build through Guillaume Counseling. Her faith influences her commitment to serving others with compassion, integrity, humility, and hope while honoring and respecting people from all walks of life, backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems.

Through Guillaume Counseling, Nahomie's goal is to build a team of professionals who are passionate about people and the work they do so individuals and families from all walks of life can experience compassionate care, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a safe and supportive environment where healing and growth can occur.
