Life has a way of being both beautiful and complex. As humans, we all long for connection, self-love, fulfillment, and resilience. At times, we feel hopeful and eager to embrace new experiences, and at other times, we may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. Some moments in life—what I call “canon events”—can be so big and life-changing that they shake our entire system. Facing difficult emotions, balancing countless demands, and searching for safety and purpose is hard. The good news is—you don’t have to do it alone.

I am a compassionate, solution-focused therapist who is passionate about building empowerment, resiliency, authenticity, and self-awareness with my clients. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Clinical Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. I currently have pending a application with the California board of Behavioral Sciences to be a board registered associate as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). With over a decade of experience across advocacy, crisis intervention, applied behavior analysis, policy reform, and community mental health, I bring a holistic perspective to the therapeutic space.

I tailor trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, RO-DBT, CPT, ERP, EFFT, and psychodynamic approaches—to meet each client’s unique needs. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered, offering individualized, trauma-oriented, and mind-body integrated care. My areas of expertise include trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, identity exploration, body image distress, immigration and first-generation experiences, Asian and South Asian concerns, women’s issues, neurodivergent disorders, LGBTQ+ support, and life transitions.

Beyond clinical training, my personal journey has shaped my deep appreciation for the importance of safe, supportive spaces where people feel seen, understood, and valued. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—we can start, pause, reflect, walk, or sit together as you move toward healing. My goal is to help you discover tools and strategies that feel authentic, to cultivate self-compassion, and to create meaningful change at your own pace.

I also see my role as part of a larger mission: reducing stigma, advocating for mental health equity, and ensuring accessible, culturally responsive care. I remain actively involved in outreach and education to support diverse communities in accessing the resources they need.
