Who We're Looking For

  • Regular Employees: European descent professionals with less than 5 years working with minority communities.
  • Culturally Specific Employees: Professionals with lived experiences or professionals with 5 years or more of professional experiences working (voluntary or paid positions) with LGBTQ, BIPOC, interracial/multiethnic/interfaith families, immigrants, or faith communities, or with parents of children 0-5 with pregnancy related or postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
  • Bilingual Employees: Fluency in Spanish and Haitian Creole (priority), or languages like French, Amharic, Somali, Swahili, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog, Mandarin, and Vietnamese, and American Sign Language.

Bilingual Services

We actively recruit employees who are proficient in a wide array of languages, with the primary aim of providing services in Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, Amharic, Somali, Swahili, Hindi, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Tagalog/Filipino. When bilingual employees are not available for a specific language, we may utilize interpreters to deliver services.

California Candidates: Board Registered Associates (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) or  Licensed Clinical Therapists. Must be able to provide couples counseling.

We are looking for serious candidates who are enthused about what we do. 

Must reside in California and be able to provide telehealth and in-person services at our south San Jose or Sacramento office.
