Associate Clinical Social Worker

Therapy looks different for everyone, and I believe there is no "right" way to show up. Maybe you're joining session after a long day with your shoes kicked off, wrapped in your favorite blanket, eating a snack, or wondering what you're even supposed to say. However you arrive, you don't have to have it all figured out. I'll meet you exactly where you are. I provide services under the clinical supervision of Nahomie Guillaume, LMFT (#T1492) and Kristi Abbott, LCSW (#65194).

I believe healing begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself. Therapy isn't about having all the answers or pretending everything is okay. It's about having a space where you can laugh, cry, vent, sit in silence, celebrate your wins, or simply exist without feeling judged. My goal is to create that space, a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered because I believe therapy should be as unique as the individual sitting across from me. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Brainspotting, attachment-based interventions, and Gottman Method principles, while tailoring treatment to each client's goals and needs.

As the daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the complexities of navigating different cultures, family expectations, and the weight that can come with trying to be everything for everyone. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and strive to provide culturally responsive care where every client feels respected, understood, and accepted for who they are.

Outside of therapy, you'll usually find me reading a fantasy novel, working out, spending time with my family, or enjoying the outdoors. I believe healing happens in the little moments, too, and I hope therapy can become one of those places where you feel comfortable enough to just be yourself.
